得益于其参数化内核,蔡司INSPECT能够自动保存每一个检测步骤,确保所有的工作步骤可追溯、可重复、可编辑。对于同一系列中的其他零部件,您无需创建新的测量计划——依托参数化的理念,只需将新测量数据加载到项目中, 系统便会立即自动重新计算结果。
可追溯性
通过蔡司INSPECT的可追溯性,您将了解检测结果的大致计算流程。这种被动式的参数化计算显示了不同元素之间的依赖关系。
例如,您可以看到分析所用的测量原理。您还可以看到决定平面的点,以及这些点的构造方式。

创建项目模板
借助项目模板,您可以轻松地将评估转移到其他零部件上。每个步骤都保存在项目模板中,随后便能应用到新零部件上。您还可以将检测保存为项目模板,然后重新使用相同的检测过程。所有的评估过程都无需脚本编写、事先计划或操作介入。
比较多个零部件
通过趋势分析,您可以比较同一个项目中的多个零部件。多个阶段可用于趋势分析和统计过程控制。在评估中,您将获得用于表示范围和标准差(sigma)的统计彩图, 也包括统计过程控制(SPC)参数。此外,还可用表格和图表显示趋势。
