蔡司光学光栅和光谱仪支持对LED进行光学检测,可实现质量保证和控制以及在生产过程中的测试和分级。尤其是在分级系统方面,它可确保各批次的LED在颜色和电气特性方面严格保持一致,从而使产品质量得到保证。蔡司CGS-CCD光谱仪(波长范围190 - 1015 nm)是LED质量控制以及测量亮度和色度的分级系统的理想之选。CGS光谱仪具有BT-CCD灵敏度高、积分时间短(30 μs)、电子快门可全局应用、热稳定性优异(<0.02 nm/K)和杂散光少(未矫正时< 0.01%)的特点。该光学机械设计还提供长期稳定的校准和可重复性较高的测量。UV-VIS至NIR的光谱范围、线密度为30 l/mm至3600 l/mm的平面光栅能以低分辨率和较少的杂散光为我们的客户提供定制的光谱仪解决方案,从而提高光谱仪的光学性能。
