主动调节工件温度
TEMPAR active
工件通常需要一段时间才能达到适当的测量温度。TEMPAR active不仅可以监控工件温度,还可以调节工件温度。如果您的工件达到了所需的温度,您将通过面板收到通知。因此,您不再需要等待最佳温度,而是需要积极地加快工件的冷却速度。如果您对TEMPAR有兴趣,请联系我们。
工件温度的重要性
肉眼看不见随着温度升高,大多数工件材料会膨胀,导致形状发生变化,从而影响测量结果。假设您的长度为一米的工件的温度从20°C增加到21°C。如果您的工件由钢制成,这种变化会使其长度增加11 µm。如果您的工件由铝制成,它的长度会增长更多—总计24 µm。但是工件可以预热,特别是在加工、存储甚至清洁过程中。因此,请牢记以下规则:工件的温度应与测量实验室的温度完全相同,即20°C。
