蔡司INSPECT可支持您光顺、稀化和精细化处理多边化网格, 也可以对网格进行补孔。网格编辑基于曲率和公差。
将点云转换为多边形网格
蔡司INSPECT根据3D点云计算出零部件和组件的3D网格。这些网格用于可视化、模拟、逆向工程以及标称值和实际值对比等, 也同样适用于在不同来源的测量数据基础上进行的虚拟装配,并可保存为STL、G3D、JT Open、ASCII或PLY等常见格式。也可以将网格输出为STL格式,用于3D打印等应用。

网格编辑
您可以通过光顺、稀化或精细化处理网格、补孔或提取曲率线来编辑创建的网格。蔡司INSPECT会在预览窗口中显示处理状态。另外,还可通过选择理想网格或计算平均网格的方式来确定黄金网格。网格编辑完成后,即可导入CAD文件并开始3D检测。
