The personal information you provide will be transferred directly to the ZEISS headquarters in Germany, which will forward your data request to the data protection team of the local country, depending on the location where you have purchased the ZEISS service.

For security purposes, we may require you to provide a written request or otherwise verify your identity. We will respond to your request within 15 business days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity.
