预测性服务功能已进行预装并可监控您系统中的关键技术数据。该工具会主动诊断故障症状,以便我们的远程团队在出现不必要的停机之前就解决问题。

预测性服务可以在不干扰用户的情况下确认系统是否处于理想运行状态。此外,由于问题在成为严重故障之前就已得到解决且无需更换部件,也节省了费用。

我们对数据隐私的重视程度与您对待研究的态度一样

预测性服务功能与我们的数据中心安全互联,可主动监控和收集技术数据,如运行时长、周期计数和电压等。

但该过程中不会收集任何个人数据或图像数据,系统与数据中心之间的连接始终仅为出站连接。所有用户信息均保持匿名。

预测性服务使用https(端口443)协议和256位TLS端到端加密,您通常不需要更改防火墙设置。
